Shipping Policy

We offer flexible shipping options tailored to the specific needs of our buyers. Depending on the buyer’s request and delivery destination, we can arrange shipment through:

• Air Freight
• Sea Freight
• Courier Services (e.g., DHL, FedEx, India Post or etc)
• Any other shipment method requested in writing by the buyer

Buyers must clearly specify their preferred mode of shipment and provide the complete delivery address at the time of placing the order. If they fail to do so, it will be assumed that they accept the shipping method chosen by the seller. All documentation and shipping charges shall be borne by the buyer. Shipping timelines may vary depending on the mode of transport, destination country, and customs clearance procedures. Tracking information will be provided upon dispatch of goods.

Shipping Timeline:

Orders will be shipped on or before 30 days from the date of receipt of 100% advance payment.

3. Product Export/Import Restrictions

In rare circumstances, certain products may become subject to government-imposed restrictions or prohibitions on export or import in the respective countries. In such cases, the supplier shall not be held liable for any resulting delays or non-fulfillment of obligations. The buyer will be notified promptly

If any new import restrictions are implemented in the buyer’s country, the buyer must inform the supplier in writing (via official email).

In such cases, the buyer may select an alternative product from our website that complies with the relevant export/import laws.

4. Right to Modify Shipping Date

We reserve the right to modify the shipping date in special circumstances to ensure compliance with legal, logistical, or quality requirements. The buyer will be informed in advance in such cases.

5. Communication and Updates

We are committed to maintaining timely and transparent communication. Buyers will be regularly updated on the shipping status, dispatch details, and estimated delivery schedule.

Buyer’s Responsibility:

It is solely the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the ordered goods comply with all local import rules, laws, and restrictions of their country. The seller shall not be held responsible for any issues, penalties, or confiscation resulting from non-compliance with the buyer’s import regulations.

Force Majeure:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, shipping disruptions, or government restrictions), we shall not be held liable for any delays, damages, losses or failure to perform.

Disclaimer:

Once the goods are handed over to the carrier, the risk and responsibility transfer to the buyer. We shall not be liable for any delays, losses, damages, or non-delivery caused due to carrier issues, customs procedures, force majeure events, or buyer-side complications, or any other reasons.

No claims will be accepted for goods lost or delayed in transit or any reasons.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We process and dispatch goods strictly based on the buyer’s confirmed specifications and
instructions. It is the buyer’s full responsibility to:

1. Ensure that the ordered products comply with their country’s import regulations.

2. Provide a valid and complete Purchase Order (PO).

3. The buyer must notify us in writing of any special documentation, certifications, or compliance requirements at the time of submiƫng the Purchase Order.

4. If, at the time of shipment, the export of such goods is banned or restricted by the seller’s country, the buyer may choose to replace the goods with alternative items of equal value. However, no refund shall be provided under any circumstances.

5. If the buyer fails to provide any required information or documentation, it shall be presumed that the buyer is fully aware of and compliant with all applicable import regulations of their country, and that no special documentation is required from the seller’s side.

Refunds or returns will NOT be entertained under the following conditions:

• If goods are held, delayed, or confiscated by customs in the buyer’s country
• If the buyer fails to arrange for customs clearance or provide necessary import approvals
• If the goods are lost, refused, or not collected by the buyer
• If delays or delivery failures occur due to third-party logistics or courier errors

All sales are final. No cancellation, No refunds, replacements, or compensation will be offered under any circumstances. The seller shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential losses, or any kind of losses.
